I work with children from infancy through teenage years. My approach is tailored to each developmental stage, with age-appropriate routines, enrichment, and mentorship woven into daily life.
Yes, I offer both live-in and live-out arrangements depending on your family’s needs and location. While I specialize in live-in care for its continuity and depth of involvement, I’m open to discussing what works best for your household. (See the "Live-In vs. Live-Out" page for more details.)
My care is highly intentional, structured, and educational. I bring a mentorship mindset to my work—focusing not just on safety and fun, but on shaping confident, empathetic, and intellectually curious children. I only provide full-time services to one family at a time so that I can be fully present and deeply invested in your child’s development.
Each family’s arrangement is personalized, but my full-time care typically includes a comprehensive, three-part approach:
Attentive, nurturing care throughout the day — including daily routines, emotional support, and consistent presence that fosters trust, stability, and joy.
Educational enrichment and mentorship, guided by a values-based developmental framework. This includes age-appropriate academics, curiosity-driven activities, and support for homeschooling or independent learning.
Family coordination and household management, such as preparing nutritious meals, transporting children to activities, helping maintain routines, managing calendars or appointments, and supporting the overall flow of home life.
Beyond tasks, I serve as a long-term role model and mentor, bringing calm leadership, intentional structure, and meaningful connection into your child’s everyday world.
Pricing is determined after a free initial consultation based on your family's needs, the number and age of children, live-in vs. live-out status, and the desired contract length. Learn more on the "Pricing" page.
For full-time care, I typically serve one family at a time in a deeply involved role, so availability can be limited. If you're interested in exploring a long-term partnership, I recommend scheduling your free consultation as soon as possible so we can determine fit, timeline, and next steps.
For private tutoring and occasional in-home care, I have greater flexibility and can often accommodate requests on a shorter timeline, depending on schedule alignment. If you're seeking occasional support or academic mentorship, feel free to reach out with your availability, and I’ll get back to you promptly to discuss options.
Open communication is key. I provide regular updates, check-ins, and am responsive to feedback. I view this as a true partnership: you're the expert on your child, and I bring structure, care, and expertise to help them thrive.
Yes, I am fully certified in infant and child CPR and First Aid. Safety is a non-negotiable priority in every aspect of my care.
Yes — I take safety and professionalism seriously. I’m fully insured, have completed mandatory reporter training, and have passed a comprehensive FBI fingerprint background check.
